Ingredients:
This is what you need for 4 people:
8 sheets puff pastry (frozen)
8 Wiener sausages
2 egg yolks
Preparation:
And this is how you get ready:
1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the instruction on the package.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Preheat the oven to 350ยก F.
And this is how you make it:
1. Place 1 sausage on each one of the puff pastry squares and roll it up from one corner.
2. Arrange the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet and baste with the egg yolk.
3. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite German mustard.
