Pellkartoffeln mit Quark

Potatoes in their jackets with quark is a traditional dish handed down for generations in families in Germany.

Ingredients:

1 1/5 lb potatoes in their jackets
1 1/5 lb quark
10 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons sour cream
Some salt
Some white pepper
1/2 onion
4 teaspoons fresh chives

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes in their jackets. Dice the onion and mix it with quark, milk, sour cream, a pinch of salt and white pepper and hashed fresh chives.
